My Story

I grew up playing rugby union, where I learned early on that strength and endurance go hand in hand. You can’t just be strong, you also need to be fit.
After school, I did a year of service in the Australian Army, which took things to another level. It taught me what it really means to be mentally tough, physically prepared, and able to keep going when things get hard.
Since then, I’ve been hooked on testing myself across a mix of challenges, from Ironmans and ultramarathons to a powerlifting competition and running a sub-3 hour marathon. I’ve always been drawn to training that builds strength, endurance, resilience, and grit.

That’s what led me to Eve Performance. I want to share everything I’ve learned and help others train with purpose, structure, and consistency.
